Chicken in Santa Cruz Roasted Green Chili Sauce

| 1 tbs flour |
3 cups shredded cooked chicken |
|
| 2 tsp oil |
1/2 cup sautéed sliced onions |
| 1 cup Santa Cruz Roasted Green Chili Paste |
1 tsp garlic powder |
| 2 cups hot chicken stock |
1 tsp oregano |
Brown flour and oil in a saucepan. Add chili paste, broth, chicken, onions, and spices and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve over enchiladas, tostadas or burritos.
