Chicken in Santa Cruz Roasted Green Chili Sauce
1 tbs flour 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 tsp oil 1/2 cup sautéed sliced onions
1 cup Santa Cruz Roasted Green Chili Paste 1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups hot chicken stock  1 tsp oregano
Brown flour and oil in a saucepan. Add chili paste, broth, chicken, onions, and spices and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve over enchiladas, tostadas or burritos.
